Work with manufacture partners to develop new seasonal flavors every season. Co-develop new flavors to meet retailer ask/ideas. We work through sample submissions, bidding process, manage T&A/workflow from initial ideas to First Production Run through back end seasonal analytics.
Work with brands to create new items to keep assortments and brands fresh/relevant/on trend. We work with manufacturers on brand extensions and rebranding when timing calls. We keep pulse on marketplace and see what’s missing from assortments.
One rep can wear many hats. Everyone at the Shore Group, Inc is currently working with own brand and branded retail teams & manufacturers across all consumable categories we cover. We will not pass you off to someone—you call, we answer. No need to feel like a small fish in an ocean. We will prioritize your business.
We track sales, in stocks, OOS, OSA's, Vendor Report Cards weekly & daily measures as sales cycle needs. We have weekly touchpoints to talk through weakness, opportunities, threats & successes- keeping your goals and retailers’ goals in alignment.
